When you request an estimate we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email, project address, and details about the work you want done. If you call or text us, we keep those messages so we can serve you.

2. How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare estimates, schedule and perform work, send invoices, and follow up about your project. If you opt in, we may text or email you about your project status; reply STOP to any text to opt out.

3. What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example our form, messaging, and payment processors) and when the law requires it.

4. Cookies & analytics

Our site may use basic analytics and advertising measurement tools (such as the Meta pixel) to understand how visitors find us. These tools may set cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

5. Keeping & deleting your data

We keep project records for as long as we need them for business and legal purposes. Want your contact information removed? Ask us at infovistabuena@gmail.com and we will delete what we are not legally required to keep.
