1. Who we are

Vista Buena LLC ("Vista Buena," "we," "us") is a Texas limited liability company providing landscaping, hardscaping, and outdoor construction services in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. You can reach us at (469) 283-1377 or infovistabuena@gmail.com.

2. Estimates

Estimates are free and are based on the information you provide and/or an on-site visit. An estimate is not a contract; final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement before work begins. Unless stated otherwise, estimates are valid for 30 days.

3. Payment

Projects typically require a 30% deposit before work is scheduled, with the balance due on completion unless your written agreement says otherwise. Accepted payment methods are listed on your invoice.

4. Scheduling & weather

Outdoor work depends on weather and site conditions. If we need to reschedule, we will tell you as soon as possible. Delays caused by weather, material availability, or conditions discovered on-site do not constitute a breach of these terms.

5. Site access & utilities

You agree to give our crew reasonable access to the work area, and to tell us about known hazards, easements, and private (unmarked) underground lines. We arrange public utility locates where required; we are not responsible for damage to unmarked private lines we were not told about.

6. Changes & cancellations

Changes to the agreed scope are priced and confirmed in writing before we do the extra work. If you cancel after materials have been ordered or work has started, you are responsible for costs incurred to that point.

7. Workmanship

We stand behind our work. If something we built or installed fails because of our workmanship within the warranty period stated in your agreement, we will repair it. Plants and living material are covered only as stated in your agreement, since their survival also depends on care and weather.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by Texas law, our total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the work giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
